We have applied to the 2027 Silverwood Read2Ride program.
Silverwood will notify us in December if our group has been chosen.
We will post here and notify our email list if we have been chosen to participate.

Join us on our E2D Silverwood HomeSchool Days where your family can purchase discounted ticket to Silverwood from our pre-chosen Homeschool Days.
Anyone is welcome to purchase these tickets.
We coordinate the HomeSchool Days so parents can enjoy their child(rens) Read2Ride success with them at a family friendly cost.

READ2RIDE PROGRAM DETAILS
We are a homeschooling group and the goal of this program is to motivate and inspire children to start reading at a young age and incentivize with a FREE TICKET TO SILVERWOOD!
Children ages 3-12 or grades prek-6th grade are eligible to participate.
Each participating child must read 10 hours (600 minutes)
from the start of the program Jan 1st 2026 - March 31st 2026. Reading must occur during these dates.
Once a child has completed their reading hours, they earn a FREE ticket to Silverwood!
-The HOW-
Our R2R program has started and registration for 2026 is closed
2027 Registration begins Aug 2026 - Jan 31 2027
We will only accept our logs
Log daily reading progress using the reading log
Each child needs an individual reading log
We want parents to have the opportunity to be involved in this process as well, which is why we count at home reading toward earning a ticket, whether you read aloud to your child, your child reads to you, or your child silently reads to themselves.
We encourage you to be actively involved in helping promote your child's reading!
Once your child(ren) reads 10 hours
initial, sign, upload, submit reading log using
"UPLOAD & SUBMIT READING LOG" link below.
NOTE: when uploading reading logs, you will need
to choose upload as image or document
-The WHEN-
Reading logs must be submitted by March 31, 2027
WE CANNOT RECEIVE LATE LOGS after March 31st, 2027
Silverwood tickets will be emailed to the address submitted on the form April 2027
If your child is participating in this reading program
with an other co-op or other organization,
please do not submit through us (Educate2Day). We do look for duplicates.

• Comic Books
• Magazines
• Newspapers
• Audiobooks
Online Reading
Reading materials that do not count toward earning a free ticket:
• Homework
• Social Media
As an added bonus here is a theme based activity packet!
IMPORTANT DATES
2027 Silverwood Theme Park season opens May 1, 2027!
There are 8 blackout dates in which your child's Read 2 Ride ticket will not be valid.
Black out dates- 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, 8/7, 8/14, 8/28, 9/4 & 9/5 and not valid for Scarywood.
Silverwood Theme Park 2026 Read 2 Ride tickets expire 9/26/2027
